Somewhere the wiring harness is abraided and the power from the brake light is shorting with the wire going to the starter. Locate the abraided wires and fix the problem. There is a good chance the abraided wires are inside the headlight housing.

What is this button under my vision tank Honda 205 under my brake handle if it's not for a completely it will not start what is it and what can I do to make my brake handle spring back to press down

This looks like the switch that activates the brake light when pulling the brake lever. If you brake lever will not return, there is most likely a mechanical bind somewhere in the system. Since this scooter has a Combined Braking System, both brakes are applied when the lever is pulled. The rear drum brakes are disengaged with a spring attached to the actuating rod. It may help if you adjust that spring to apply more force to disengage the brake. The front brake is a disc brake, and it may be that the piston in the caliper is sticking. There is no spring on the brake lever itself, but it may be that the pivot bolt is too tight and needs to be loosened.

Can any1 help is it right my rear break lever on my hyasung ms3 125 also works my front left break

yes this is very common for dual front brakes. The thought behind this is that you will get a 60/40 split in your braking from back to front to maintain control in a braking situation.the hand brake gives you additional stopping power in a panic situations.happy riding
