pay attention to how it comes apart so it will be easier for you to replace.
there are 2 torx head bolts near the end of the grips in a cast alloy housing which also holds the mirrors in place, undo the bolts and remove, this will let the grips slide off the handle bars but on the right side you will have to undo the adjusting nut on the throttle cable and release the tension to be able to remove the cable from the grip so you can slide that off as well
