Torque settings are as follows, at least these are what I used on my '93 UK E1.
Cover bolts 12Nm, Cover damper bolts 5.9Nm, spring bolts 8.8Nm, Hub nut 130Nm.

Good luck, these are hard to find new or used. The 600's and up are available. Have you checked with your dealer, they have access to all parts available nationwide through the computer? There might be one sitting on a shelf somewhere. You might be able to find one from someone that is parting out a bike also---like on ebay.
check your de-tenton spring and roller on the shift drum "star" behind the clutch basket. The worst case is that you shift forks could be bent or the under cut gears in your trany may be worn.
Let me know if you need help getting to backside of the clutch basket.

yes , if you can remove the baffle, then remove some of the fiberglass wrapping re fit and see how it is, dont go too mad first off. as you may make it too noisy
