Torque settings are as follows, at least these are what I used on my '93 UK E1.
Cover bolts 12Nm, Cover damper bolts 5.9Nm, spring bolts 8.8Nm, Hub nut 130Nm.

WANT TO PURCHASE CLUTCH HUB FOR 1996 KAWASAKI ZZR 250

Good luck, these are hard to find new or used. The 600's and up are available.
Have you checked with your dealer, they have access to all parts available nationwide through the computer? There might be one sitting on a shelf somewhere. You might be able to find one from someone that is parting out a bike also---like on ebay.

Which torque setting. For the clutch basket nut? The torque spec for the cover bolts?

Replaced clutch

1st would be adequate free play-No free play clutch is not fully engaged. 1/4 inch free play needed at clutch lever.

2nd would be oil type. Motor oil is a no no. Wet clutches hate regulat oi. Must use oil specific to the bike. Good luck

Hi i have a kawasaki zzr 600 on a k reg its a beutiful bike but for some reason it keeps slipping out of 2nd gear please help

check your de-tenton spring and roller on the shift drum "star" behind the clutch basket. The worst case is that you shift forks could be bent or the under cut gears in your trany may be worn.
Let me know if you need help getting to backside of the clutch basket.
