It's simple, but not the most fun task! Just trace the wiring down and find the issue as there probably is one, it perhaps it's just a blown fuse so check there first! If no luck, but a 12V outlet online or at a local parts store and wire it up, it's just 2 wires, you've got this!

once you have the playstation 3 hooked check to see where you have the video aux move it around until you see video if you dont see video in any of the ports you have a faulty wiring in the wires so my recommendation for that after you do that is buy another av cord hookup

Is it a fat blue spark, Is it good fuel, have you done any recent work that might have cause this problem. If you have a small bottle that you can put a little bit of fuel into. Remove the spark plug put the fuel into the spark plug hole. install the plug back into the hole, make sure not to spill any fuel , if so clean a dry the fuel. Try to start, if it fires and runs for a bit it is a fuel issue. Just because you have fuel to the carb doesn't mean there aren't problems with the carb. There should be a drain screw on the bottom of the float bowl. remove it , is the clean fuel coming out. this is a good place to start.

SOUNDS LIKE IT'S OVER FUELING, IS THE CHOKE STUCK, IT'S CONTROLLED BY A CABLE IT IS A 14MM WRENCH TO REMOVE IT, IT COULD BE THAT THE CABLE IS SIEZED, OR IT COULD BE OVER FUELING FROM ANOTHER CARB ISSUE HOW HARD IS IT TO STARTIS THERE SOMETHING STUCK IN THE NEEDLE AND SEAT, CHECK THIS OUT FIRST.
