It takes a special wrench. You may have to order it from a dealer or specialty tool dealer.

SOURCE: 1994 Suzuki Sidekick spark plug cover blown out.

Oh, ok. No, they shouldn't be related. The plug cover meaning the spark plug wire boot that goes over the spark plug hole? Why won't it stay in? Is the spark plug missing? Those plug wires snap onto the spaek plug holding the wire on the plug.. There should be a spark plug in the hole. If not, you probably had it blown out. That happens once in a blue moon. If the plug is missing, get a new one and carefully install it by hand, no rachet. If the plug won't start in the hole the first few threads mat be strippe. Do not cross-thread the new plug. Spark plug hole taps are available at parts stores. good luck

SOURCE: is special tool needed to change spark plugs

No, you just need a thin walled socket to do the job. Not a lot of wiggle room in there.

SOURCE: what size spark plug socket fits a 2006 suzuki

You will need a 16mm plug spanner with at least a 6 inch extension.

First, remove plastic guards on top of engine. It's located on the head of the engine block. Unplug and pull upward 4 black smaller rectangular boxes which held down by a screw in the corner of each. The bottom of this tube is connects to the top of the spark plugs. You will need a socket extension to get the spark plug socket that far down. Remove plugs then re-assemble everything. To avoid confuse on the wiring order, do one completely before going to the next.
Tighten plugs to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm).
Beware that the engine you have MAY be fitted with Iridium plugs, and such do not need to be replaced until after 80.000 - 100.000 km.

If you replace the plugs with conventional copper ones, you will need to adjust the gap on each one of them according to the spec of your engine.

Socket size for spark plugs on a 1996 suzuki intruder I have tried sizes 15mm to 18mm and as well as 9/16 and 5/8 and they don't fit unless the socket port is not big enough to grab the spark plug

It's either 18mm or 5/8's make sure it's a spark plug socket or it won't have the rubber insert used to grab the plug once it's loose.

Are the heatsheild on sparkplug wires attached to sparkplug wireboot or attached to head some how I dont want to mess up wires

They usually aren't attached per se, they fit in a socket that is snug enough to hold them. But the spark plug wires trap them into position. So you can go ahead and pull the spark plug wire off.

One thing to remember, when you go to replace the spark plugs you won't be able to see if they are cross thread in their hole, so DO NOT use a socket until you are sure the are properly seated and not cross threaded.

Can't find spark plugs on a 2003 suzuki aerio sx

Remove plastic gaurds on top of engine. On the head of the engine block. There are 4 black smaller rectangular boxes. They are each held down by a screw in the corner of each. Unplug the black box. Pull upward on it. The bottom of this tube is what connects to the top of the sparkplug. You will need a socket extension to get the spark plug socket that far down. When you connect with the spark plug it will seem like your shoving the socket so far down its going into the engine. Remove plugs then re assemble everything. Do one completly before going to the next as to not confuse the wiring order. I had to use medical forceps (very long medical tweezers) to get my plugs out they are in a deep shaft deep in the engine block itself. I tried needle-nose pliers and they did not go deep enough. Hope that helps.

WHERE IS THE SPARK PLUG LOCATED? AND HOW DO I REPLACE IT?

It's in the top of the cylinder head. Remove the seat then the gas tank, you should see the spark plug cap sticking up out of the cylinder head then. Pull it off by the cap not the wire. Use a spark plug socket to remove it and replace with the factory plug. Check the gap on the new plug with a wire gauge. Carefully put the plug back down in the hole with the plug in the socket. Screw in with your fingers til it's hand tight. Tighten 3/4 turn with the ratchet.
