Dose the new battery have the same amp output as the old battery not all bike battery have the same amp output sounds like its not getting enough power or battery leds are lose
I am not 100% sure about that. I would assume its the same. Everything else works just fine. I actually bought this bike yesterday and the previous owner has not touched the bike since July so the battery died. I have a friend that mentioned that the is an issue that when the battery dies, a factory re-set has to happen to the radio

The bike does start. Everything else operates just like normal. Again, only the Harley logo appears on the screen, that's it! Neither of the videos you send are my style of radio

you may possibly need a radio update here is the website that has all of the instructions as well as the download to attempt to repair.
you will need a blank recordable cd

SOURCE: bike won't start, new Harley
I'm not too familiar with the later model bikes but if I were getting a clicking noise under the seat and the bike was not starting, I'd investigate the source of the noise. It's possible that it is a starter relay that engages the solenoid that is an integral part of the starter. Look at the starter from the right hand side of your bike. You'll see a single small wire that connects to the end of the starter just above the end plate of the solenoid. Disconnect this wire and connect a test light or volt meter to the wire. Turn on your ignition switch and press the start button. You should hear the click under the seat and see voltage at the end of that wire. If not, replace the relay, a plastic cube about an inch in dimension.
Good Luck
