Write your answer...Got same problem quad 90cc wont rev up but gets better when air screw is completly closed checked for any intake air leaks checked jets and reedvalves all checks out perfect.sparkplug also changed.float level is now suspect
Could be your reids iv had same situation cleaned carb numerouse times new spark plug kept doing it turned out it was the reids on my dino 50

Unhook exhaust pipe,check port for blockage. if it is clear try to rev up with pipe off.If exhust is clear you will need to check high side of carb. good luck

hi mate on the carb there are 2 screws below picture will demonstrate on the mixture screw you need to fiddle around with it either screw it in 1/2 turns and see if it improves in not unscrew it a full 1 turn just fiddle with it till it runs perfect also try replacing plug

Check your fuel is getting to the spark plug .If fuel is making the plug wet then one tip is to heat up the spark plug and with gloves on and acting very quickly replace plug and try to start .
