I have standard air box with k&n filter it seems the slide air hole has been drilled? but not sure of exact size but i`m certain its not standard, i have 35 pilots and 120 main jets all round. pilots jets heads are worn down to none existence i cant identify the needle its stainless with 6 slots and 3 angles but havent measured it yet. i have 4 to 2 racetec srt 2 matsumoto alu series slipons. now, i currently have the carbs at 18mm float, 3 and a half turns out on fuel screw clip on top notch with 2 washers. it can pull away but you can hear and feel its not right little rough but this is the best i can get it english is my second language so terms like sluggish and bogs down ext. are not always clear to me ,then past 4k she pulls great. when hot towards top end feels like she comes and go but i havent had her on wot for this setting, fuel consumption is insane high currently. i have tried standard settings on carb but she will idle and ref clean on stand but wont take load and foul plugs, if you can get her past mids then she is good if standard settings used. i have synced the carbs on the bench, there doenst seem to be any air leaks i have cleaned the carbs, i bought the bike as standing for 4 years and not starting the owner did guarantee me he drove it onto the trailer and it was running well . the valve shims arent spot and are leaning towards tight, i`m good with a spanner but not with 4 stroke carbies any help plz this on and drive and of and wonder has been going on for 2 months now
