Triumph daytona 955i 2006 starts when cold , cuts out when hot, No spark when hot, changed coils, rectifier. exhaust ox sensor, and air intake sensor

Checked and cleaned all electrical wire connections,also have checked thermostat for opening its ok

SOURCE: engine turns over but will not fire up

dead battery or relay stuck.. i am having the same issue with my 2003 triumph speed triple.. turns over well but no spark no fuel in injectors.. ecu isnt telling it to start. dead battery? or relay?

SOURCE: Hot cables

chec wires for corrosion or resistence--other parts of system may need test too--things cud be failin--get a repair manual--haynes or clymer--may not be a good rectifer-is it aftermarket

Hi, I assume it's the main fuse to or from the battery? Check for a loose connection at the fuse holder. At each point of the wires opposite to the fuse. Also if it is a blade type fuse holder, it's possible that the fuse is loose.(not a good tight fit) An in line fuse

this could also be an air bubble in the coolant system, change the coolant and check if there is a bleed nipple in a high point of the system like the thermostat housing. The thermostat or sensor dont usually cause an intermittant problem, Rpm change can indicate an air leak on the intake or lean mixture
