Head lamp Quit working. Continuity thru bulb is good. No power at bulb for high or low beam, even after switching to high beam. No power at switch. Power thru fuse. Where is the power after the fuse box, and what color wire, coming out of the fuse box is for the head lmp.
I know this is kind of old but hopefully it will help someone. Endel is correct about the breaker being built into the fuse block. The fuse block is a sealed unit and nonserviceable, but If you take a jumper wire from the headlight fuse and connect it to the blue and yellow striped wire at the connector the healight should turn on. This is only a test to make sure there is power to the lines. If the lights work then you'll need a new fuse block from Kawasaki, or find another power souce on the bike to hook into and make sure you fuse the new wire source for the headlight.I know this is kind of old but hopefully it will help someone. You have to have at least 9 volts to turn the head light relay on it is usually a regulator rectifier or bad stator that causes this, the relay is part of the fuse box assy .

If high beam is working then ground is not the problem. You will need to start at the head lamp and use a multimeter to test for continuity. If the bulb passes you will need to work backwards towards the switch and test for power and proper operation. Poor or burned connection, bad wire, faulty switch could all be possibilities.
I would look at the headlight switch test the switch at the connector for continuity and or voltage.Always look at the simple and easiest areas first, bulbs, fuses, relays, then the wiring to the switches, then the switch.
Well the high and low beam lamps use the same fuses, and the dimmer switch handles the ground circuit. So I would check the dimmer switch if both high beam bulbs are ok.
The headlight switch gets power for the headlights from a 50amp fuse. The fuse powers the headlight switch then the dimmer switch breaks for high and low beams. So if the high beams work, the problem may be with the dimmer switch. The dimmer switch is made into the turn signal switch on the column. You would need to check the low and high beam circuits at the switch for power.
if the fuses are good then you need to check for power and ground at the headlight plug that attaches to the headlight bulb if you have a good power and ground there and the connections are good then the bulbs are both no good.or if you can tell the bulbs are burnt out by looking at them then you don`t have to check powers and grounds.you also can directly feed power and ground to the bulb and check both the terminals for high beam and low beam as you cannot tell which is which by looking at the terminals

The multifunction switch is the stalk on your column.
This is 96 F150 circuit. Don't have 94.
