Adding coolant obviously would not cause the idle problem. Something you inadvertantly altered while doing so would. Look carefully at anything that could have been accidentally affected during your maintennance. Possibly a vacuum line.Adding coolant obviously would not cause the idle problem. no there should be no difference in the fuses but it sounds like you have more of a problem than the fuse i would recommend taking it to a kawasaki dealer or auto electrician hope this helps
A ZZR250 is a four stroke that uses SE or SF class four stroke 4T motor oil. Motul or equivalent. On an older bike I would goe with 20-50 or 20-40 viscosity and it take just under 2 liters.
The fuel mixture is probably running too lean. Old, hardened rubber seals between the carb and the cylinder are letting un-carbureted air into the fuel/air mix.
I have a 93 ZZR250. Before considering replacing the engine, perform a compression test. Compression lower than 125 would be a cause of concern and therefore the engine swap would really have to be pushed through. Otherwise, it might just need valve adjustment.
they all do it some do it straght off show room floor its the clutch basket you can adjust it but it will prob come back it does no harm mine has done it for ages
the spark is attributed to the coil. Use a multitester to test for continuity on the terminals. No response means no connection. Another way to test this without the use of a multitester is to switch the coil with a working coil. If it still doesnt have that spark but works with the other connection. then check the CDI.
