Ignition timing and or carb adjustments will cause this problem.

Adding coolant obviously would not cause the idle problem. Something you inadvertantly altered while doing so would. Look carefully at anything that could have been accidentally affected during your maintennance. Possibly a vacuum line.

no there should be no difference in the fuses but it sounds like you have more of a problem than the fuse i would recommend taking it to a kawasaki dealer or auto electrician hope this helps

I got 250cc 1994 Kawasak ZZR. Is that 4 stroke or 2 stroke. wat oil does it need

A ZZR250 is a four stroke that uses SE or SF class four stroke 4T motor oil. Motul or equivalent.
On an older bike I would goe with 20-50 or 20-40 viscosity and it take just under 2 liters.

My zzr 250 92 model when started has excessive rev and acceleration i have lubricated all moving carby parts and acceloration cable aswell please help

The fuel mixture is probably running too lean. Old, hardened rubber seals between the carb and the cylinder are letting un-carbureted air into the fuel/air mix.

Where do fuel lines connect to on 92 zzr 250

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

On a ZZR250, the only fuel line is from the petc0ck to the Tee between the carbs.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

Engine Replacement

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

I have a 93 ZZR250. Before considering replacing the engine, perform a compression test. Compression lower than 125 would be a cause of concern and therefore the engine swap would really have to be pushed through. Otherwise, it might just need valve adjustment.

Please postback results of compression test.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

My ZZR250 have no spark at all.

the spark is attributed to the coil. Use a multitester to test for continuity on the terminals. No response means no connection. Another way to test this without the use of a multitester is to switch the coil with a working coil. If it still doesnt have that spark but works with the other connection. then check the CDI.
