You are SOL! Have to take it to the dealer. KTM has not given a list of the fault codes for that bike. That bike also has alot of problems with the computer and going into safe mode.

SOURCE: gasket

awesome bike that i bought yesterday after needing to slow down from my GSXR days. Well happy with it apart from oil p1ssing out of what i realised is the cylinder head base gasket. Got it home yesterday and after drying out from another glorious day's riding in the p1ssing rain and noticed my boot was covered in oil (on right boot - rear brake side just behind exhaust route). The question i need answering is will a quick fix of unbolting the cylinder head and putting some decent gasket sealent in the gap made by the missing piece of gasket fix it or is this area under massive pressures? I'm guessing its not subject to too much pressure cos the piston rings dont go down that far I assume? The oil is just spitting out a fine spray Just need to know whether i can get away with this as a temp fix rather than having to do a full top end strip down which i don't really want to be doing at this stage.replace the gasket before it gets worse and gets on to ur rear tyre,,

SOURCE: Duke 2 loss of power when engine under load

Is the bike at stock condition?
Check the carb and the charging system.
You should measure 13,5-14V at your battery in 3000rpm with your high beams on.

SOURCE: My KTM Duke 690 spun out on me while going no more

Hi Kathy,
Sorry to hear you have had a drama. It is often travelling at low speeds where you may experience problems like this, and come off the bike.
Things to look out for here are loose gravel or sand on the roadway where the problem occurred. This will make the tyres slid out from under you.
If the bike is brand new, another thing to look out for is products like tyre shine that may have been applied to the tyres whilst the bike may have been in the show room. Also new tyres have a wax coating that reduce levels of traction when brand new. you may have dipped a peg on the ground that could have levered the bike over on you also.
Hope this has helped you understand a little what has happened, perhaps get a biker mate, or bikeshop to check it out for you before you go riding again to be sure that there are no contaminants on the rubber surfaces of the tyres.
Happy to answer any questions you may have.
regards robotek

SOURCE: wiring diagran for ktm 690

My best suggestion is go to your local library and they will have your diagram. Our local library has wiring diagrams online. This way it is free. You can order a manual from the bike shop but it is going to cost money that way. I have looked all over for wiring diagrams on the internet and have had no luck finding any of them. I have even paid for them and they always seem to be wrong. Or no help.

KTM Duke 125: dashboard shows "Low oil pressure" but the moto is just back from the garage, and he has certainly enough oil.

Since it was just worked on ... take it back and find out what the problem is. Could be a disconnected or faulty sensor. In any event, since you took it to be repaired, and paid for it, get it repaired. Don't run the bike until this is resolved. Low pressure is DEADLY to a engine.

Need manual would like to download it ktm 125 2009

www.ktm.com
Choose your model and there is a tab for "Downloads", most I looked at show back to 2008, so your 2009 should be there. The 2009 125SX manual is now listed under the 2011 150SX, I assume this is what you have.
