You cant you need miles clocks as the gears ratio is differant, or get a replacement clock face cove this involves stripping the clocks and fitting a new over lay over the originals

SOURCE: trying to find out how to remove old steering lock

im not sure about that as i think you need a key actualy in it to remove it, was is same key as your ignition? if you have old ignition take that to locksmith and see if he can cut you a key to fit. the locksmith would probably drill it out for you . to be honest those type of steering locks are not much good anyway, i had my kdx 250 stolen and they just snapped the steering lock with a sharp twist of the bars.. better off with a DISC lock.
good luck

SOURCE: can I install the tach from a suzuki boulevard

In my experience with Suzuki, they use the same wiring harness between modles such as the M109 and the C109 or DL650 and DL1000. More than likely you will find the plug in which to install the Tacho. Best have a good look at someones M109 and see where it connects, if they let you of course. These should be no reason why you can't fit it aftermarket anyway.

Is the oil for the Boulevard semi Synthetic or full Synthetic

Either oil will work, check your owners manual, it may say what came with it. If in doubt use full synthetic. You can't go wrong in doing that.
