check neutral switch just behind front sprocket cover, it's a single wire going to the switch,possibly fell off.

Is the neutral light on? Check to make sure it's in neutral and also make sure the kill switch on the handlebar is on.

That could be the final drive bearing or wheel bearings or even a sticking brake.
If you place it on a paddock stand, turn the rear wheel by hand and you will be able to determine the fault.

settings rev limiter. reprogram via software and pc.

Fuel pump (if you have one) weak or has trash that can move . intermitten short, make sure all fuses are tight not just look good. Probably a re-occuring problem with trash or water in fuel.(fill fuel from clean fuel can ) If it was trash and cleaning carbs made a difference, clean tank filter and lines too.

If they are foam use kerosene soak a few hours then wash with warm soapy water and let dry. If they are paper replace.

do not mix them and when replacing with new make sure you use distilled water it will prevent corrosion in the radiator
