    Still does not start with the button even if i hold the brakes


    The brake light is always on for some reason??

    could it be the CDI even if i hold both brakes it's still wont start the button just does noting

I spent a whole day acting like Superman, I traced every wire, pulled the seleniod, took the starter apart (put it back together wrong), took the starter apart again, put it back together (this time the right way), tried to kick the cat as she pranced by (she's too fast for me to catch), then I sat on the seat totally defeated, grabbed the handlebars, pulled the brake (not sure why) and hit the start button... Clark Kent would have tried to make sure he was holding the "rear" brake lever as you press the start button, but not Superman. Try the holding the brake and don't waste a day like me.

You never bore any carb. To do so would destroy the carb. You have a Mikuni carb and nothing you can do to it is going to help add honest power to a 49cc engine. Sorry.

You must purchase a 70 cc piston and jug for this bike the parts can be acquired at bikebandit.com, also go up on the carb jet size and in some cases bore out the carb intake port.

Scooter`s electric starter does not work

the neutral switch might be defective or the wire.
could be a bad key switch. try jiggling around with the key as you are pressing the starter button
