If your battery is good and all of your other electrical systems work fine then chances are it is your starter that is bad. However if the engine turns over but just won't start then you most likely have an electrical problem such as a bad ignition switch or ECM. I hope this helps you out.
yes it is you may need new battery on the remote take it to the auto part and the check you're batteries and remote signal.they have the tools to check remotes signal
Seriously at 140 KPH you should be going about 4200 RPM in 5th gear -your red line is about 8000 RPM so unless you weigh 400 pounds or are pulling a trailor your fuel system or electronics are screwed up. Could also be old gasoline plugging injectors ( try a tank of techron from Chevron)........Jack in Surrey
