You could try closely looking at each crankshaft for any part numbers moulded into it. These should help identify which engine the crank fits. A good Kawasaki specialist should be able to help figure out the difference with these numbers.
The highest/hottest setting on an oil aga is usually 6, however if it's not hot enough it's possibly because it has a restriction in the base. If this is the case it will need to be cleaned out, which would normally be done by a service engineer every six months.
spary wd-40 on all electrical connection that was expossed to water liberally.....if that doesnt do it, then you probably got water in your pulse generator system coils and will have to pull the cover off and see if theres water in there.
