2005 SUZUKI C50 BOULEVARD 800 TRAM TRIKE. How to adjust brakes on 2005 Boulevard Trike please?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to base model category. That is difficult, because basically, you have bought a custom bike. Normally adjusting hydraulic brakes comes in 3 parts. Make sure there is material on the brake pads. Make sure free play is taken up if they have an adjuster. Make sure there is no air in the system. There is some generic help in the link. https://www.google.com/search?q=2005+Boulevard+adjust+rear+hydraulic+brakes 'TRAM' Trike is unknown unless you meant 'Tram*'? (with a P) I see Fixya Profanity Filter doesn't like that 'T' word! Please always proof read before pressing 'Post Question'. 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50. It will spin over but it will not crank, no fire on my 2005 Suzuki C50 MOTORCYCLE.

When a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50 motorcycle spins over but doesn't crank and there is no fire, meaning no spark, it indicates a potential issue with the ignition system. Here are a few common causes to consider: 1. Faulty spark plugs: Check the spark plugs to ensure they are in good condition. If they are worn out, fouled, or damaged, they may not produce a spark. Replace any faulty spark plugs and ensure they are properly gapped. 2. Ignition coil failure: The ignition coil is responsible for generating the high voltage needed to create a spark at the spark plugs. If the ignition coil is faulty or damaged, it may not produce the necessary spark. Consider testing or replacing the ignition coil if necessary. 3. Ignition switch or wiring issue: Inspect the ignition switch and associated wiring for any loose connections, damaged wires, or faulty switches. A problem in the ignition circuit can prevent the spark from being generated. Repair or replace any faulty components as needed. 4. Faulty ignition control module: The ignition control module (ICM) controls the timing and delivery of the spark. If the ICM is defective, it may not send the signal to the ignition coil to generate a spark. Testing or replacing the ICM may be necessary. 5. Fuel delivery issue: While the symptom you described seems to indicate a lack of spark, it's worth checking the fuel system as well. Ensure the fuel tank has an adequate amount of fuel and that the fuel lines are not clogged or kinked. It is recommended to consult a professional motorcycle mechanic or authorized Suzuki service center to diagnose and fix the issue. They will have the expertise and necessary equipment to accurately diagnose the problem with your 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50 and perform any required repairs.

How to replace starter on boulevard c50

It is a lot of work and there are no short cuts, as I tried what some other people offered???? You will need to remove, passenger seat, rider seat, positive battery cable, side covers, toolbox case cover, Remove coolant cover case, drain coolant from reservoir, and remove to clean and inspect Remove clutch cover, loosen all clutch play, then remove cable from lever to allow slack and it to be moved out of the way in the engine area. Loosen hose to water pump and drain, rear exhaust pipe and muffler ( saddle bag if applicable), you may have to loosen rear holding bolts for #1 muffler to allow play to disconnect the joint between the 2 mufflers, Disconnect coolant tube housing (3 - 8mm bolts) in the back of the 2nd cylinder, there is also a 2 bolt angle joint to the coolant Remove starter motor cover (7 mm wrench), remove the 2 bolts holding in the starter motorin and the lead to the starter motor. Starter motor needs to be played with, jiggle and pryed gently to remove( out the exhaust side) and similarly to install and reverse all other procedures. To refill radiator undo tank bolt and pull back to reveal radiator cap at the top left side remove cap and add new fluid., other fluid can be added to the reservoir

My fuel pump will not engage and the display has CHEC on it..? Where do I start?

Assuming you've successfully started the bike in the past. I'm going to say that maybe it is a cut out feature issue. Check your sides switch is working. Check your clutch switch is working. Check your kill switch is working. Also check your neutral switch is working. Check your main fuse at your battery is not broken.

I have a 2005 Suzuki boulevard C50, it starts just

Hi, this is a clutch adjustment issue. If you have maxed out the cable adjustment at the clutch lever, you will have to make adjustments down below, where the cable contacts the clutch cover. There's a million YouTube videos that will walk you through the process. If the bike still pulls forward when the clutch lever is engaged then your cable has probably stretched past its adjustment range over the years and needs to be replaced.
