If the machine wont idle but the jets are clear, it is possible that you overlooked the carburetor body. If the passageways in the carburetor body are blocked , the machine still will not idle until you blow the body clear. Either there is still dirt in the carburetor, or the intake manifold is cracked or separated in a way that is causing too much air to get into the cylinder. perhaps a closer inspection is in order.
Carburetor will not take in gas.
Sounds like float needle is sticking. I use an ear bud with some metal polish on and polish out the seat so needle can move freely. Make sure floats are set to parallel with base of carb just as needle shuts off fuel flow.

What you are dealing with is a vacuum petcock with a bad vacuum diaphragm , in this case fuel is bypassing the petcock via the vacuum line and filling the engine (oil) with gasoline.
If you have a standard petcock that is leaking (not shutting off properly) or just left in the on position a stuck float needle will also fill your engine (oil) with gasoline. This can happen with a clean carburetor and a good float needle. It just sticks and you have to change your oil. If you have the kind of fuel petcock that allows you to turn it off when not in use , always turn off your gas when not riding.
You will have to change your oil if it is fouled with gasoline. I suspect a vacuum operated petcock is at fault. With standard petcocks I have seen new motorcycles in perfect order stick a float needle ( Kei Hin Carburetors ) and fill there engines and air boxes with gas/oil mix. On vacuum petcocks the diaphragm that shuts off the fuel flow is usually leaking and at fault.

Replace all fluids including any hydraulic fluids.
Fit new spark plugs and strip down carburettor cleaning the jets especially the main jet. If corroded at all, replace the corroded jets.
2005 suzuki wont stay running,
Yes
Remove the carb from the bike.
Completely disassemble the carb
Soak all jets, needles, springs, screws and carb body in a carb solution overnight.
Do Not soak any o-rings or the float. Clean the float with a brush, and replace the o-rings if they are flat.
Rinse with water and then blow everything out with compressed air.
Make sure you can see through the jets and the small holes on the side of the jets.
Make sure you blow through every hole in the carb body.
Reassemble carb, mount on bike.
It will run like new again.
NOTE: When removing the air/fuel mixture screw, turn it in(clockwise) until it stops and STOP turning, Do Not try to tighten any further.
Count the number of turns it took to stop. Write it down so you dont forget overnight. Remove it for cleaning.
When you reassemble the carb, turn the air/fuel mixture screw in until it stops.
Now turn it out(counterclockwise) the number of turn you counted.
If your not sure turn it out 2 turns.
I need to know how
Take off the side covers , unbolt the seat and remove( two bolts), the air box is under the seat. Flip the two tabs and lift the cover. Unscrew the center wing nut and lift the air filter out. Clean it, re oil it, and put back in, reverse order.
Gas starts spitting into the bottom of the air box when starting
Hi Kevin, the fuel entering your airbox is likely coming through the vacuum hose from the top of the carby. You may have a tear in the rubber diaphram or the lip has curled or squeezed, allowing fuel to enter through the hose. If your bike is running alright otherwise, this is a relatively easy/cheap fix. The carby parts are available from/through all bike dealers and complete carby's are available secondhand from dismantlers or ebay at comparitive prices to the parts. The sight below has exploded view diagrams of your bikes components with parts lists for your ease of identification.
Cheers.

Full battery power, no solenoid
no solenoid click but does the starter spin. locate the starter relay usually under the seat and replace it and check the fuses. it may be that the starter has failed
Full battery power, but no turning over? whats
To be absolutely positive, follow your positive lead off your starter by hand all the way back to the battery. Once you have established this path, take your voltmeter and check from the battery through to your starter. Check at every connection, etc. If you wanted to check your starter just put a "hot" lead to it with a jumper cable, as a test only (while out of gear)!
You could have a faulty connection at the battery, a connector loose, bad switch, etc. You have to check all these untill you find where the current stops. Hope this helps.

Get some carb cleaner. Remove and clean the Nozzle, choke and main jet. Remove the pilot jet and air jet but count the number of turns to remove each one and put them back the same number of turns. Don't mess with the needle or clip or the pilot screw and plug at this time. Clean the carb
thoroughly. Don't get carb cleaner on the diaphragm. If able, submerge the carb in cleaner overnight.
