too much air / not enough fuel. if the airbox is stock with filter in it, then troubleshoot fuel delivery.

What do you mean you cant get the front end off the ground? As in wheelie? Sounds to me like you might be abusing your 12 year old motorcyle - not allowing it warm properly - making excessive demands on the power plant and frame while also endangering yourself and others around you. Im not making a lot of sense of your question. You will pay ao lot of money for a replacemeent engine, to rebuild yours will also be a lot of money. After you are done with that investment (probably at least 1/2 the price of a new bike) you will still have a 12 year old bike. If I am understancing the ins and outs of your question, neither option seems like a good investment.

there is a oil seal behind the front sprocket that may be damaged.Also the case may be crack due to chaine impact. This type of damage is common when chaine is not kept to spec..If case are crack you can repair with jb weld no oil pressure at this location. Have to be clean and scuff for product to work properly.Mr cee's cycle Repair.

In the tank. Fuel injection does not run inline filters

You may have some bulbs with burned out filaments, Or the bulbs may not be in correctly. Pry off the lens cover with a dime and inspect the bulbs. Make sure they have two filaments. If one filament is broken, replace it with a new bulb. Bulb #1157

That could be fuel related or electrical related. Without more details its hard to give advice. If you have an aftermarket fuel controller dis-connect it and use the factory controller. If that fixes it your controller has a problem. If you have a factory controller it may also have failed. Could also be a fuel pressure issue, bad pump. Best the have the dealer pull the codes to find out exactly what has failed.

put it in dealer mode and find out what the F1 light code gives

find the OEM part number for your clutch plates (theyre differsnt ones for 3 or 4 of the plates you can buy seperate or a pack for your year and model). Go to a parts fiche site to see what other makes and models are compatable with your part numbers. I use ronayers.com

push back the pads if possible and then press the brake and see if they return ! if not then remove the pads and clean where they fit and press the brake a little so the pistons come out then gently clean off then push back in and refit pads and try !

is idle set too low , should be an adjuster knob to increase it ! if not remove fuel tank and adjust throttle stop screw in centre of carbs where cables connect to carbs

Almost sounds like a vacuum lock ("it feels like it running out of fuel"), like the gas tank isn't venting. Air has to be allowed into the gas tank to replace the fuel leaving it. Next time it dies, open/take off gas cap and see if it fires up right away, instead of having to wait 10 minutes. If that works, start looking at the vent lines and see if it's plugged, or a one-way valve isn't working, or the line is pinched.
