Is the mortor a single case for oil and trans
Yes , the motor oil on the crank case lubricates the piston crankshaft area and the transmission area. One oil bath for the entire motor.Use any oil that is JASO MA certified motorcycle oil. 10w-40 for cold
climate. 20w-50 for warm climate/touring. Car oils use different
additives and may cause scoring in certain types of cam bearings . Do not use any oil that says Energy Conserving on the label .
It will shorten the life of your wet clutch and transmission gears. If
you use Synthetic oils, they will help your motorcycle run cooler and shift
easier

It is probably the small differential on your front wheel. Most of these little devils are plastic and can be worn in zero time if not properly greased. You got to remove the wheel, and check it out.

Hello. Go to an auto body and paint shop and get some BRONZE wool [like steel wool only it won't scratch the spokes and rims. Also consider picking up a rust remover like CLR [calcium, lime and rust remover].

Fuel is coming out of the overflow probably because the float valve is not working well.
1st try tapping the carburetor float chamber gently with the handle of a hammer or suchlike that usually settles things down

Wont start 2005 klr650
Check your plug wire at the coil. if the bike has been sitting you may need to clean the carb. also clean your plug you could have fouled.

Yes the Kawasaki KLR 250 has a battery albeit almost as small as a 6 volt battery we all played with in 5th grade science class.
The 2002 model uses a 12 volt, 4 AH. FBL4L-A

Really ony 2,200? That's barely broken in and amazing for a '94.
The hiss from the airbox would indicate a bad intake valve or at least that I would be checking compression to start trying to figure it out.
