sounds like battery is knackered may be time to change it

Follow the positive battery cable to the starter solenoid. Take a wire and jump the two posts on the solenoid or touch the two cables together. If your starter works, then you need a new solenoid. If you hold the starter button and tap on the starter with a plastic hammer and the starter works you need new starter brushes. Anything else wrong with the starter and you need to replace the starter assembly , the manufacturer does not make replacement parts for the starter.

possibly a bad throttle position sensor or fuel control box, do you have an aftermarket fuel contol or stock? also, what have you changed immediatley prior to this problem happening?

Thats just a little excess fuel in the exhust.that happens when engine and exhaust are not completely warmed up. My bike does the same thing.

I would suspect a Kawasaki dealer would be the best place to begin your research.

They are shear bolts...the heads are designed to snap off when first fitted to make it hard to remove them for security reasons . Usual method of removal is to drill them out and replace them with cap heads.

It would seem as if you have the idle set too low. When the lights are on it is putting more strain on the engine, so when it is idling it causes the engine speed to fall too low.

It is either the stator, pulse generator, or CDI. My guess would be the CDI

* Turn the clutch adjustment knob all the in allowing slack in the cable.* Remove the clutch lever from the perch by removing the pivot bolt. (you will find that after you remove the pivot bolt)* Move the tip of the clutch opposite of normal operation until it is pointing strait forward, it puts the lever in position to release the cable.
