Was riding my ZZR600E out locally last week

You can check the primary and secondary resistances in the coils, dont know offhand the values, but the coils should be the same.
The fact is gets worse as it warms could mean a carb float is flooding,
The vacumn fuel tap can be a problem, this can also cause fuel to flood into the sump , and cause this problem.

Other than the battery, what would cause my bike

fuel pump not working, fuel filter clogged, spark plugs fouled or plug wires loose, or ignition system is weak, check coils and pulse generators and check for loose connectors also.
Does the bike push start?...if it does, then then everything i"ve just told you is working and the carburetors/fuel pump is probably dirty. Purchase a can of Sea Foam from Autozone pour 1/3 can to two gallons fuel, push start it now it will probably run a little rough so keep it going and ride for about 10 miles or so...if you have a carb problem this stuff will clean out your whole fuel system..let me know if this helped you thanks.

Ticking noise in 6th mainly on deceleration

Check your chain and sprockets, sometimes the chain wears the sprocket out, "curving" the teeth so it hooks the chain. You probably have the ticking in lower gears as well, but it only hooks the chain at speed - and in 6th the engine revs are lower, the engine is quieter, so you hear the chain easier.

Kawasaki zzr600e wont start

If you are not getting the starter to wind after pressing the start switch check these probs.Have you checked the fuses for the ignition switch? Check all fuses. Track the wiring from switch and check all plugs and connections.  Turn ignition on and try clutch starting the bike to see if the motor will run once it is cranked over. If you need to bump it, make sure all your connections and wiring are all making good contact. You must conduct a process of ilimination in order to rectify the fault. good luck.

When removing the top triple clamp from a93 Zzr 600 e1 how do I remove the blind bolts from the bottom of the ignition barel ? Where the wiring is located ?

They are shear bolts...the heads are designed to snap off when first fitted to make it hard to remove them for security reasons . Usual method of removal is to drill them out and replace them with cap heads.

Tyre presure

The pressures should be listed in your manual depending on the type of tyres (tires?) you're using. Set this pressure and away you go. It will list details of what to change if you have a pillion passenger but as far as I'm aware the pressure quoted should work both with and without

I have a 1996 ZZr600. It tends to stall when

It would seem as if you have the idle set too low. When the lights are on it is putting more strain on the engine, so when it is idling it causes the engine speed to fall too low.
