No spark at plugs
Check all the wiring to the coils and other ignition parts with an ohm meter. Sounds like there is an open somewhere in the system. this is usually the case. Just a matter of finding it with a meter. Hopefully you have a schematic. Good luck.
How much fork oil do I put in each leg of my
Is you have taken the forks apart and changed the fork bushes, ie forks are totally dry, you will need about 520ml in each fork leg. When refilling and will the springs removed, add about 550ml per leg, the stroke the forks numerous times to expel any excess air. Then with forks compressed the oil level should be adjusted to 119mm from the top of the fork to the oil, ie the air gap to the oil. The add springs and spacers and reassemble.

Hello iwould like to lower revs by 1000at say
You will need either a larger transmission sprocket or a smaller wheel sprocket. The larger percentage change will occur with an increase in the front sprocket number of teeth. The way to mathematically determine that is to consider the present tooth ratio/RPM and relate that to the desired ratio. There are practical limits on how big the front sprocket can get before having interference problems. A 2-tooth increase should come fairly close. It would take about 4 to 6-tooth decrease in the rear sprocket to achieve the same results. Take your pick--the front sprocket should be cheaper and much easier to install. You will need to adjust the chain length accordingly. There will be a minor acceleration decrease due to the change. A fatter rear tire will also increase speed somewhat too. Hope this helps!

My zephyr 1100 has no spark at the plugs.
Im not sure of the exact wiring , but the side switch doesnt cut the motor in neutral, so it loops through the neutral light.
You said front brake switch has 12 v, this is correct.
There is another switch on the clutch, which also works in conjunction with the side stand.
I would be checking the ignition and kill switches
Zephyr 1100 no spark at plugs
Check to see if you have 12 volts going into the coil. make sure the coil has a good ground. If it does not work you could do an ohm check on the spark plug wire to see if it is broken or not. On the spark plug pull back the rubber boot at the wire and un screw the cap. check and make sure cap has good contact into wire. you could trim the wire back a very little bit and screw the cap back on a check again. let me know
Engine oil capacity please
Oil capacity will be stamped on the side of the engine either near the viewing window or the filler hole
