You don't have to replace anything but the cdi.

pull the caliper off u will need a c clamp remove the new pads using 1 of the old pad position it againest the caliper piston DO NOT LOOSEN THE BLEEDER SCREW loosen the reservor cap slightly position the c clamp on the caliper using the end that turns againest the old brake pad push the piston down into the caliper until the c clamp is tight remove clamp and install new pads position caliper and new pads on cycle tighten to specs also when u push the piston in the caliper u might see a little brake fluid coming from the reservoir dont panic this is perfectly normal' now fill reservoir if needed apply brakes slowly and release wait aprox 5to 10 seconds allowing thystem e reservoir piston to return to its resting place keep repeating this procedure and you will begin to c the caliper slowly moving into place giving you braking power again after the brakes pump up hold down firmly on them use a boxed in wrench and quickly loosen the bleeder screw and tighten it back this will remove any air from the system u will notice the brakes get firm faster now check your brakes if u want them to apply faster perform the bleeder screw procedure again this should take care of the problem good luck

Look at the end of the red cable coming from the battery. There will be a metal strip bolted to a plastic block. That is the main fuse. If it's not there it will be in the plug that goes on the starter relay. Sometime when reversing polarity on the bike you can damage the engine management system. Check everything carefully. put the 35's in the 32 slots , then put 37.5's in the 35 slots

Follow the positive wire from the battery and it will lead you to the fuse box. Also watch for a in line fuse or fuseable link.

cable , clutch plates , if hydraulic change clutch fluid.

it sounds like you have a blockage in the idle jets in the carby these will need cleaning out ,i have the same problems with bikes that have been laid up for a while the fuel gums them up and this is a decent size job cleaning them out ,if you can do it yourself great if not take it to a dealer and let them do it for you and they can check for other problems hopes this helps cheers pete

On the right side of the bike you will see a little filler cap just forward of your footpeg just unscrew the cap and fill.

Hi, undo the water pipes, catching the water to save coolant spilling onto the floor and contaminating the tyres, remove the pipes by pulling them gently until they are removed, undo the pump fixing bolts and gently pull the pump away from the engine, replace the pump using a smear of oil on the pump oring tighten the pump bolts evenly replace the water pipes and refresh the coolant, checking the level again after cooling down

You could always put the fuel pump on a seperate switched live
