4 ways will not work and left and right blikers

There are 2 flasher relays on these bikes, one for 4 ways and one for blinkers. First the simple things, 1. Have you checked the fuses? 2. Do you have power to the switch? 3. Do you have power to the relay/flasher from the switch? 4. Do you have power out of the relay/flasher. 5. Do you have power to your individual lights? Using this logic #5 is no so that takes us to the next thing backward in line and that would be flasher...

No ignition spark

Check your fuses haven't blown and the plugs are all pushed in tight. You may have a scorched plug failing that but that only really comes from using a booster.....a nail file can cure that though. Is your starter motor working? If not attempt to bump start it, but make sure it's in 2nd gear.

I have a 1982 Kawasaki

IT,S SOUNDS TO ME THAT THE ENGINE COULD BE SIEZED UP OR LOCKED , REMOVE SPARK PLUGS PUT BIKE IN GEAR AND PUSH THE BIKE SLOWLY WITH A LENGTH OF WOODEN DOWL OF THE OF THE RIGHT SIZE DOWN THE PLUG HOLE IF THE DOWL MOVES UP AND DOWN THEN THE PISTONS ARE MOVING FREELY IN THE BORE.
ALSO DISCONECT MAIN CABLE TO STARTER MOTOR DOES THE ARCING STOP? IF SO STARTER BUTTON COULD BE STUCK ON INTERNALLY AS IF YOU WERE PRESSING OR THE STARTER MOTOR HAS AN INTERNAL SHORT TO EARTH, WHILE THE CABLE IS OFF THE STARTER TAKE A LENGTH OF CABLE FROM THE BATT POSITIVE {MAKE SURE THE BIKES IN NEUTRAL} AND TOUCH MAIN STARTER POSTIVE DOES IT TURN THE ENGINE? IF SO THEN YOU HAVE A CABLE ON BIKE GOING DOWN TO EARTH THIS WILL CAUSE YOUR ARCING ,WIRING WITH AGE WILL BECOME BRITTLE AND CRACK AND TRACK DOWN TO EARTH .. I HOPE THIS HAS BEEN USEFUL GOOD LUCK { FROM AN AUTO ELECTRICIAN ]

..will not go into 1st

Your clutch may be out of adjustment or worn. With the bike not running try putting it in 1st gear while rocking it forwards and backwards. If it goes into 1st gear easilly, check your clutch for wear or proper adjustment.

When i bought the bike

Hi. I hate to be the bearer of bad news. You might have done some damage to the motor.
Please check your oil (LEVEL) and by all means change it too. The oil lubrecates parts like crank shaft, bearings and valves cams etc... All moving parts need oil.

Seams to be that both

Basic coil tests are for Primary and Secondary ohms (resistance) values and I.B. or an Insulation Break meaning you have a short.

Refer to your owners manual for what type of coil you have. Different models have different ohms ranges.
This test would be for a typical 3-5 ohms single lead externally grounded coil. You can usually identify an Externally grounded coil as they are grounded by the mounting fixture itself.
TOOL REQUIRED - VOLTMETER that will read ohm values
1. DISCONNECT THE BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE
2. If the coil is in the bike disconnect wires from the two terminals to isolate it.
3. Once you set your Voltmeter scale to ohms connect the red and black leads to each terminal. You should read between 3 and 5 ohms if that is the spec for your bike. You have now tested the primary circuit of your coil. If you read Infinity ohms replace the coil, you have an open circuit or break in your coil winding.
4.Now take your black lead off one terminal and connect it to good ground, battery negative cable or non-painted frame bolt. Your meter should now read 0 or OFL (off line). If you do get a reading here your coil has a break in the insulation and is shorting out. Your only option here is to replace the coil.
5. Repeat step 4. for the other secondary terminal. Red on terminal, black to ground. It should also read OFL.

Another quick test option regardless of type of coil is to check Volts going to the coil with battery connected. If you have a 12vdc system and you are getting close to 12vdc at the coil terminal and nothing is coming out of the coil you either have a bad coil or connection.

Why does the engine beats

That could be caused by clutch drag. Maybe the clutch doesn't fully release? I would get it checked.

Dirty fuel will leave some deposit in the carby which will make the bike run rough and make it hard to start .
Check all gaskets in the carby to make sure no additional air intake is there too .
