you got a switch just above your brake pedal and it is connected by a spring and it unhook some times

your brake light switch is connected to your brake paddle with a spring if you pres the brake paddel down it pulls the switch and your light should burn if not adjust the switch up by loosen the nuts

vuka rm125 has no timming chain it is a pushrod engin you should adjust the vaves cold at0.10mm

Yes, It will leak oil. How much will depend where the hole is. When the engine is running the oil is a pressurised system so it won't be supplying enough oil the the moving parts of the engine.
