2008 Suzuki Boulevard M109R Questions & Answers
Rough idling , backfiring on acceleration
Sometimes, the easy solutions, are the best. Here are a few ideas. 1) Check your sparkplugs. Are they burnt? Are they gapped correctly? Are they the right plugs? 2) What kind of gas are you using? A lower octane fuel will not burn eficiantly enough, and could leave carbon deposits on the plugs.3) Check your air filter. After sitting for the winter, I suggest replacing the air filter, spark plugs, and engine oil, EVERY SPRING!
Convertion from miles to kph
you cant you need miles clocks as the gears ratio is differant, or get a replacement clock face cove this involves stripping the clocks and fitting a new over lay over the originals

M109r won't start
It could be the battery. Does it crank when you press the start button.
My M109's clutch was slipping,
The two friction plates " off to the side " are the first and last plates to go into the clutch assembly. They are usually .005 to .007 thicker than the center plates. There's no extra link in the drive train that would mimic slippage. The springs are not likely to be the problem, especially since you have new ones. The usual sources for the problem are resistance in the drive train; on the stand, does the wheel turn freely in neutral? Is there any binding in the shaft drive? Another source is using the wrong lubricant in the gearbox. Use what Suzuki sells for the bike. I think the clutch is hydraulic on that bike. A bad slave or master cylinder could cause back pressure and not let the clutch fully engage.
Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600
Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?
What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap?
Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.
