I never torque them, jst thread seal and a good half turn when nipped up.

most newer bikes have a fuse on the selenoid itself. if not check the fusebox for bad fuse. also the kickstand switch will not let the bike start in gear with the stand down.

solenoid fuse 20 or 30 amp try arc the terminals with a screw driver, if it turns over check fuse.

the pumps on these are like an old mini electric, the points pitt on them you can buy new points easy to fit, pump under back of tank on frame sod to get to, also there is an inline filter in the fuel pipe it gets blocked and restricts the flow so carbs fill slower than the pump can fill them

If I am right you need a large bolt with the same threads as the retaining bolt, and wind it in till tight, leave a while wind it in more and so on till it pops the flywheels this what you mean flywheel, hs your start clutch gone????

YOUR CARB FLOAT NEEDLE VALVE IS LEAKING. YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE CARBS AND CHECK. IT SOUNDS LIKE A NEEDLE VALVE IS DEFINETLY STUCK OR YOUR FLOAT IN THE CARB IS PUNCTURED

YOURE GONNA HAVE TO REMOVE THE CARBS FIRST MAN,STRIP THEM CLEAN THEM , CHECK ANY DIAPHRAGMS FOR PERFORATION,THEN CHECK MANIFOLD RUBBERS

If you have to jump start that sound like it not charging the battery

If ur not hitting the rev limitter then it could b the gap on the spark plugs bad spark plug or wire.or high speed jets pluggin up or air filter starting to plug up or a burnt valve.

Pull one of your spark plugs. Ground against the frame. turn the engine over. If you have no spark, your problem is electrical.This could mean starter switch, Key switch, low oil sensor, coil, or wiring. If you do, your problem is most likely Fuel related. If you are getting fuel, the only thing left is compression.

check the fuel tap & filter that it is not clogged with debris from the tank & the breather pipe
