Adjust the valve clearance on TE450

I don't believe so. You'll need to order a shim kit and use a feeler guage. I had an SMR510. Once I determined the clearance needed I would select the proper shim and use a little grease on the feeler guage to slide it in under the rocker arm.

Hi i have a problem

the starter drive teeth should not spin freely as you tested it. In other words the gear has sheared off the drive assembly.Replace the starter and checked the wiring with a volt meter before removing. The starter is most likely shorted out draining the battery as it sits unused since the battery cable is connected directly to it from the starter.

Bike runs good up through

Backfiring when you let off the gas indicates a lean condition. You probably need to remove and clean your carb, particularly the pilot jet.

Hi; te450, when engine gets

There may have been some confusion with the dealers advice.
Brake fluid is used in the hydraulic clutch master , its called fluid cause its not a oil , and has a high boiling point
Fork oil is for forks.it is a hydraulic oil, but an oil.
Engine oil is for engines that the clutch also runs in.

Loosing water from the over

WAIT TILL THE ENGINE HAS COOLED DOWN AND CHECK THE LEVEL IN THE RADIATOR, IF THE LEVEL IS LOW, YOU MAY HAVE A HEAD GASKET GONE,THE OVERFLOW IS DESIGNED TO ALOW THE WATER OUT WHEN IT EXPANDS THIS COULD BE DUE TO WATERPUMP FAILURE, RADIATOR CAP NOT SEALING, OR PRESSURE FROM WITHIN THE CYLINDER GETTING INTO THE WATER COOLING SYSTEM BY THE MEANS OF A FAILED HEAD GASKET OR OTHER PROBLEMS INC CRACK IN WATER JACKET, WARPED HEAD, OR SIMPLY YOU COULD HAVE TO MUCH WATER IN THE SYSTEM,

How do you change the front wheel bearing? Can I

you shouldnt need to heat the hub.

You will need a steel drift or punch smaller than the axle.
put it nearly through to the bearing on the other side and hit it at right angles to the bearing, this should move the inner spacer sideways and expose an edge of the bearing to drive it out.

Bike stalled, tried to re-start

What is year and model? Has the battery been checked for proper ampere and voltage output? Do the lights come on or other accessories? Kick starting I'm assuming is difficult to say the least. What year and model, and any other info about the bike would help.

I have an TE-450 2010

No, best way to lower your bike is to send the forks and shock to a reputable suspension shop and ask them to install spacers inside the forks and shock which will reduce the length without changing the damping. This modification is easily reversable if you decide to put the bike back to full height.

Try Enduro Engineering or Factory Connection or .... there are many others out there.
