Remove the line on top of them and the unscrew like spark plugs u can clean them out with injector cleaner when you reinstall them do not tighten fuel lines all the way leave them loose just a little till fuel sprays out or starts when starts snug each one and crack each one at a time to bleed out the air if it where me I would just put sea foam cleaner in fuse and it won't take long and they will clean up
Since the power generated by the turbo depends on the volume of combustion gas generated, look into your fuel delivery system. Your engine might not be receiving the required amount of fuel. Check your fuel pump, filter, injectors, and lines.
Can i take Turbo off Madza CR-7 and bypass it with something else that would work. Have put 5 Turbos on Car in last 6 months two differant Machanics. last ont went 6 miles and it went bad. what is the problem?
There is a oil drain return from the turbo charger to the sump. If the sump oil level covers the outlet into the sump, oil will build excess pressure tin the turbo causing the sealing rings to leak oil in to the intake manifold. This would cause smokey exhaust and loss of oil. Try this. Drain the sump completely, refill with the exact quantity of oil to Mazda spec. Dip the oil and if the new oil level is lower than the full mark on the dipstick, you have found the cause of the problem. Mark this new level with a scriber or file and fill only to this new level. Hope this is the solution.
Have you run the car without fuel? There must not be any air in the fuel line... Blead the fuel line of air and try to start it. There should be bleader screws under the hood....
