Heater blows cold air

2004 Jeep Wrangler, 50,000 miles. Recently had satellite radio antennae installed. Turned heater on this morning and blows cold air.

    When my stereo was installed the service personnel broke a wire with power to the actuator. wire replaced and issue is fixed.

The electric motor that open the heat door looses electrical connection there by the door stays on cold / it is located under the a/c heater assembly / which requires removing the whole dash and heater assy// also bleed all air out of coolant system
there are three doors / 1/ a/c heat 2/ mode /defors 3/ recurculation [email protected]

Dont jump to the most expensive and time consuming solution. try the electrical connections first that actuate the heating system. next, I would try replacing the thermostat and properly bleeding the coolant system of all the air. still no heat? then MAYBE its the heater core...

Did they drill the car? when I put mud guard by passenger side by the front wheels I drilled a hole right into the vacuum reservoir, heater air went to default blowing cold air up by the windshield.

That's not good! Are you finding puddles under the vehicle, or is your passenger side carpet wet? Is there any odor to the air. If any of this is yes, your heater core may be going out.

your heater hose or heater core could be plug, or your flap that opens inside of the heater housing may not be opening like it should. It operates off a vacum line, check all your vacum lines going into your heater housing.

A/c in jeep blows out of the top of dash board

Check the vaccum line that goes from the firewall to behing the glove box. I had a 2004 and it did the same thing at 35000 miles. The vaccum line needed replaced.

How often has the coolant been changed? My only guess is that it hasn't and the hoses and the heater core are plugged up with goo and a flush is needed
