What is the best oil to use in my 2009 ford expedition?

This seldom works, and the reason is because the radio system and steering wheel controls are monitored and operated by the Body Control Module on the 5 volt Can Bus System. When you connect your new Android box, the computer won't have a clue what is going on! Be prepared for a whole heap of trouble.

You don't say what method you used so try this -lower the window and contnue to hold the button down for another 5 seconds then raise the window a continue to hold the button down for a further 5 seconds hope this helps

get a haynes or childress book it will exsplain it read it the night before on rear seals replacement. the 20 bucks is well worth it and it will help you with any other problems you encounter with your truck down the road.

Problem with 1992 Honda Accord Oil pump on a Ford Expedition 2003 replacement

Well if you have a an ower's manual in the car it will show you everything and how to. and to check the oil you have to pull the dipstick out and see if the level is in between Full and Low if it it is on low that mean you need to add more oil. and your owner's manual will also tell you what kind of oil it recomands you to use and I personally use Castrol. and for 1997 Ford Expedition i think 10w/40 Would be fine. and you ahev to change your oil after 3000 miles of use Sometimes more than that but 3000 just if you want to keep everything in good shape and keep your baby for a while. you will find it on the control module, it may be in the rear fender swell on the drivers side

An engine can run forever with proper maintenace. Proper maintenance includes regular oil changes, replacing plugs, wires, filters, sensors, water pump etc at regular intervals or when they fail. A properly maintained motor will almost always outlive the rest of a car.

I know five (5) people who purchased the 2009 or 2010 Expedition. All 100% of them have complaints of the headrest hurting their neck. I know folks that won't even drive their new 2010 Expedition because it hurts their necks, and the dealer won't take it back! If enough people tell ford about the problem, erhaps Ford will post a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) to tell dealers how to fix the problem. It is possible to build safe headrests that do not hurt necks during normal driving: just look at the competition. The headrest is not the right equipment to sacrifice comfort. Neck pain causes distraction and is a safety issue. Ford should be as concerned about liability from wrecks caused by headrest pian distractions as they are about the rear impact safety. Complain to Ford!

The best way to evaluate a motor's condition would be a compression test. As far as it sounding "like a diesel", that may be corrected as easily as using a heavier oil or a new oil sending unit but prior to spending money on new parts, a compression test is your next, best course of action.
