Did you find the one inside the door pull cup ?
Remove the push pin rivet on the upper rear edge of the trim panel and the screw at the upper front edge near the mirror.
Remove the trim panel fasteners at the pull cup and lower the rear corner of the trim panel.
Pull up on the door trim panel assembly to disengage the trim panel to door structure attaching hooks and remove the door trim panel.
Did you try watching a video on youtube ?
SOURCE: door panel
you have to pull up the outside window molding and it is connected underneath should just lift off........also be sure to disconnect the door handle....lift it up and it is either a bolt or a little stopper that has to be pulled out .....also take off the side view mirror ...it may be connected under that as well

I would suggest you call around to some auto salvage yards. Tell them specifically what you need,
and you might luck out.
Good luck Loringh Please leave a rating Thank You
SOURCE: Saturn SW1 (97) outside RR door handle wont work,
YOU SHOULDN'T SEE THE INTERIOR ROD MOVE BECAUSE THE OUTSIDE HANDLE HAS IT'S OWN ROD THAT CONNECTS TO THE DOOR RELEASE THAT IS REALLY SHORT. IT MOVES DOWN WHEN THE HANDLE IS PULLED UP. TAKE OFF THE THREE SCREWS THAT HOLD THE DOOR CATCH ON THE DOOR AND YOU WILL SEE THIS SMALL ROD. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. LET ME KNOW. GOOD LUCK

If you look closely, they're may be a screw or two holding these in place that you can't see easily. They may also be covered by a plug. Look closely! If not, there must be clips holding them in place. Buy a manual for your car to assist you in this task. Hayne's Repair Manuals are the best I've used.

remove the little cosmetic piece of the mirror inside the car, remove the door pull, remove the opener lever disconnecting the snaps holding the mechanism to the rods. get a tool and go around the edges and bottom loosening the snaps. open the window and lift the door panel up and out. replace the speakers. put the panel back on in reverse order. install the pull and the cosmetic piece. go get drunk. wake up the next day and with a set of needle nose pliers attempt to hook those snaps back onto the rods and reinstall the opener lever mechanism.
