Shorted circuit usually in one of the window regulator/lift motor assemblys. remove interior door handles (or whatever is necessary) to access wiring connectors, and disconnect. insert a new fuse. shouldn't blow now. reconnect one connector at a time until the fuse blows. that is the shorted component. replace the component. occasionally where the wiring harness comes thru the frame and enters the door, the constant movement or vibration will cause the sharp edge to slice into a wire's insulation and cause a short...
