What are the torque specs for the intake manifold?

misfire on cylinder 4 probably the coil change plugs and move coil to another cylinder if the misfire changes to that cylinder change coil as well.

I recommend changing all the coils at once though if over 60000 miles as the have a tendency to follow each other out.

#3 cylinder is misfiring ?

check ignition coils. you can swap with another cylinder coils and see if misfire changes to other cylinder. If it jumps to other cylinder where there you atached the coil from cylinder #3, change the coil.
You can also check Coil On Plug Boot for damage and simple change the part. very easy and cheap.

No.4 is at the gearbox end ...run the engine ,pull the plug off the coil and if there is no change then that's the problem...when you change the coil also change the plug

coil 3 on early engines it is under the inlet manifold you have to remove it. you should also change all 3 plugs whilst manifold off the plugs can cause coil failure.we at the dealer I worked for changed all 6plugs and coils on jaguars advise, my advise change coils and plugs under manifold only the other 3 are easy access

Changed coil pack that wasnt firing started fine

check the fire to the coil pack if it's present then check the pulse to the crank sensor

Have 2000 limited 4.7. Has engine light on and checked codes,says #3 & 6 misfire. changed coils. but still have light and runs rough at 65-69 mph. A little rough at stop.

why would someone even start with changing the coils...usually a misfire is due to bad spark plugs..replace spark plugs, then go from there...just for a personal reference, the next time you want to see if your coils are bad, simply change out your bad two coils with two coils on the other side of the engine that are good...if they misfire code changes, then you know its a coil...if not, plugs...

Ignition Coil Removal

Disconnect fuel charging wiring connectors from ignition coil (12029) and radio ignition interference capacitor (18801) .

Disconnect ignition wires by squeezing locking tabs and twisting while pulling upward.
Remove four ignition coil retaining screws and remove ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor . Save radio ignition interference capacitor for installation with ignition coil .

Installation

Position ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor to ignition coil mounting bracket.

Install retaining screws and tighten to 4.5-7.0 Nm (40-61 lb-in).

Apply Silicone Dielectric Compound D7AZ-19A331-A (Motorcraft WA-10) or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M1C171-A to all ignition wire boots.

Install each ignition wire connector to the proper terminal on the ignition coil . Make sure boots are fully seated.

Connect fuel charging wiring (9D930) to the ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor .
