Your ignition switch is likely overheated or worn out. I repaired mine by just changing out the electrical connector portion of the switch.

Why is hot air not shutting off when everything is off?

Curious if you mean when the vehicle is shut off?? If your heater fan continues to run with the ignition key off your blower motor resistor is shorted out.. More then likely.. I've done several on Chevys for that concern.

The harness might need to replaced that causes you car to loose power. Try to scan the vehicle using scan tool and provide me the error code that you will get.

I need the cylinder numbering for my 1999 honda odyssey - 3.5 6-cylinder.

Are you refer to the "firing order", if this is right, check this:

Fig. Honda Odyssey models with the 3.5L V6 Engine Firing order: 1-4-2-5-3-6 Distributorless ignition system (one coil per cylinder)

1999 honda odyssey won't start, has power but won't start.

It's the neutral safety switch. Have your mechanic adjust it, or replace it if it's bad. For now try starting it in neutral instead of park or even try pushing the shifter up all the way (in park) while you turn the key.

Power Windows

It sounds like the MAIN SWITCH on the driver's side "master power window control panel" is OFF or defective.

2002 Honda Odyssey TCS light comes on after driving approx 1 mile

There are several things that will turn the check engine light and TCS light on .If you get the code I can tell you exactly what the problem is . On your year i see transmission problems as well as EGR problems. If you go to any large auto parts store they will check the code for free or a very small fee.
