go to your local part store and order a replacment mirror glass they have double side tape on the back and can adhere right on top of the discored glass or you could pry the old glass off, i would personally just stick it on top of the old glass
It's not possible to replace bulb in the light it's one unit with neon bulb you have to replace compleat light for that not the jest a bulb. it's most common fault in this model most of lights not working because of wiring broken or short circuit inside the mirror housing for remove and install light housing it's need experience to do that otherwise can damaged some parts inside the mirror mechanism I would like to advice you see the experience technician for mercedes to do that. and ask him to check wiring inside the mechanism first.
It's been a while, you go through the glass.. the big glass.. grab it lightly
slide it up adn then over left.. the bottom glass.. slide it left and the up and right at the same time.. its a little touchy so be patient.. now i cant remember but i think you have to removed the motor.. then you can access the bulb behind it.. best of luck!!
You need a small flat screw driver and look at the back side the outer edge and push in and slowly pop out it has little dimples to keep it in. and if you need a mirror lens i hate to to tell you this you can try keystone automotive in the yellow pages it may be the cheaper but I would get one from Mercedes if need any more help go to collisionrepairadvice.com
