That is your 'check engine' light.if it stays on, one or more sensors on your engine has sent a 'trouble code' to the on-board computer.a diagnostic code reader needs to be connected to it to determine the cause.

The vibration is a sparkplug that is misfiring. I would start by replacing the spark plugs. Also just in case add a can of dry gas to eliminate any possible water problems.
Look in the interior fuse block. It is located on the drivers side of the center counsel, just to the right or where our right leg would be. You will need to remove the trim panel. The fuses will be labeled on the inside of the panel.

check engine light usually indicates a bad sensor. check gauges light usually controls temp,oil pressure and battery gauges. may wanna have it checked out. good luck and hope this helps
The two boxes are located (one; engine management and lighting circuits) under the hood by the battery and (two; in-cabin accessory and lighting) under the dash by the driver's legs.
One is front of the cat, and one after the cat of the exhaust.
The OBD Scanner should tell you which bank is producing the error.
Bank one is the front one.
