The camera has been bumped out of place. To set it right. Put your emergency brake on and block your wheels. Then put your car in reverse so your camera comes on. From under the car you should be able to adjust the camera to the right position.

Yes as long as the Motors are the same. You might need to have the computer out of doner car. Doors are suppose to fit 96 to 99.

there is a fuse socket under the hood (if not a small box on the pass strut tower, it is a slot in the fuse box between the driver's strut tower and the battery). Normally, the light should be off. But, some older cars with problems are operated in FWD mode, or the fuse slot is used for diagnostic purposes. It is INTENDED to be used if a 'donut' spare is on the car or other outsized tire. Subarus REQUIRE all 4 tires to be the same brand/model/size/wear-level.
It may be that there is a wiring problem due to corrosion or rodent activity causing that light to be intermittent.
