Whats the next step? are there other fuses and if so where are they?

You checked the fuses to see if they were blown, but did you check to see if they had power with a meter ? Sounds like a problem with the key switch or the wiring at the fuse box.

I have a 95 Honda civic. My cig. Liter works but my radio won't turn on no matter what I do. My clock resets every time I get in the car. I've replaced my wiring harness the fuse in my radio is...

Don't know if yours is one but some 95 Honda civic have a antitheft program. If the battery ever goes dead or voltage is removed from it, it will not work until a program code is given to bring the radio back to life. you might want to try searching 95 Honda civic radio code.

Radio fuse

The fuse you are looking for is under the hood. There's a fuse block out there for some 'other' things. It should be on the drivers side, black plastic looking box with a hinged lid (press here to open). Be sure that you don't have a coin or something stuck in the cig lighter before you replace the fuse.
