Check your battery first, make sure that it is fully charged. Less than 12.5 volts and the starter motor will struggle. With ignition on, bridge the solenoid, and the red starter motor connection. At 120k miles, starter motor or solenoid could well be on the way out or needing new brushes. Oh, make sure that battery earth is sound, and engine earth to chassis is also a good rust free connection as well.

I don't believe the Kia line uses a fuel pump inertia switch. If it does have one the owners manual will list it and how to reset it. If you don't have an OM you can download one free here. Remember these switch are only tripped in a crash that exceeds 3G's
