Make sure the bolts that attach the seat to the body are tight. Also the bolts that connect the rails to the seat.

SOURCE: driver side power window stopped working

The door panel is held on by plastic clips and 5 screws. 3 screws are on the bottom and 1 in the pull cup and 1 in the inner door handle. Then grab one of the corners and give a small tug, when you get some of the clips to pop out then proceed around the whole panel. To replace the panel take the clips out of the door with a fork and slide them back into the panel and then line it up on the door and use your hand like a hammer and bang the panel back on. Hope this helps

Do some checking if you haven't already, the harness may already be there under carpet. If not, you may have to sweet talk a service guy at dealership for the print you need, or try www.alldata.com.

SOURCE: 2002 chrysler sebring, the drivers tail light,

Is your lense cracked where water can get into the housing? Are you absolutely certain that you are replacing it with the correct bulb? Are you using a good name brand bulb like Wagner or Sylvania? or some off-brand cheap bulb made in China?

SOURCE: 1999 Chevrolet Silverado power bucket seats both seats move.

The problem is the track. You can find replacement tracks on EBAY for about 180.00 for driver side.

2008 Chrysler Sebring 2.4. Why does driver's power seat turn while trying to go forward?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Spanish car company Seat (pronounced See-At).

It must be the motors or a track issue. The seats are a problem.

2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible power seat stopped moving forward. I had the seat moved all the way back. Switch still allows seat to go up and down and also tilt. Is the switch the problem?

It depends, a test light will make trouble shooting this quick. Unplug the motor that controls forward and back movement. Probe the vehicle side of the connector with your test light while operating the switch. If you have power going to the motor when the switch is activated then it is not a switch issue. It is either the motor or there is an obstruction not allowing the seat to move in the track.

2008 Sebring brake lights are not working. What can it be?

The brake light switch is located on the brake pedal arm under the dashboard. It may be stuck. Remove it and use electric/electronics contact cleaner spray to restore it's action. If the spring is broken inside it, replace the switch.

2008 sebring convertable frt.driver seat does not back and forth

this seat likely has two different motors to operate these functions and the one that slides it back and forth could either have a bad fuse or could be bad. when hitting the button that should operate this function put your ear near the bottom of the seat and listen for any type of noise coming from the motor. if it sounds as if its trying to move your motor is likely seized. if you can spin the motor over manually it may free it up and you could never end up having to replace it.

Sebring wont get out of park

Newer cars REQUIRE you to press on the brake to get into gear. If the switch at the brake pedal is not working, or the solenoid at the gearshift is not working. The shifter is stuck. You MUST have a little slot by the shifter covered with a small cover. Check your manual, a key in that slot releases the shifter should you have the above problem or the battery is dead and no power to that release solenoid.

08 Chrysler Sebring Transmission

I assume that you have to press the brake pedal in order to shift from park (ie:safety switch) you might first check to see if you have brake lights as they should be on the same circut and operated by the same switch. If the lights dont work, check the fuses could be a simple fix. Hope this helps
