I think my fuel filter is clogged and it's preventing my car from starting no gas is reaching the engine
Could be the cam position sensor, but that would throw a check engine light code. Is the CEL on? If so, have it read. If it throws the code for the cam position sensor, it's more likely that your timing chain skipped or
has stretched. Kinda common on 2nd Gen CRV's. I have a 2004.
Have it repaired ASAP without driving it until you know the cause. You can bend the valves and then it's toast.
Newer vehicles have fuel fileter in the gas tank, IF you are not geting any fuel, try replacing the cam position sensor.

Rule of thumb this is a timeing belt and it should be changed every 75,000 mile as a general practice. I hope this helps, dont forget to rate my answer, thanks

Hi!
Can you specify if you are referring to the engine intake air filter or the cabin air filter?
If you are referencing the cabin air filter, the attached youtube video should help.
I originally created the video for the Odyssey, but found out after looking at my dad's CRV that it is essentially the same procedure as the Odyssey, and have also noticed that the same stands true for most Honda vehicles built between 2005 and 2009.
Happy motoring!
SOURCE: WHERE IS THE FUEL FILTER ON HONDA CRV 2003
the fuel filter in your car is in the fuel pump witch is in the fuel tank. most new Honda don't have a external fuel filter.

Well if theres power going to the relay but not out, then you need a new relay. If theres power in and out of the relay, you might need a new fuel pump. The electric fuel pumps inside the tank are actually lubricated by the fuel as it pumps it, and if it runs dry long enough, it can burn out the pump

I'm willing to bet you have bad fuel injectors. Back in 91 they had a problem with on injector shorting out causing the rest to short out. I have a 91 that had the same problem, and my injectors were junk.
