It's an i6 engine, not v6. Mr. Schultz is correct, located an inch or 2 above the oil filter.

There is a plate underneath the engine that is held in by 2 flat head screws. All you have to do is loosen both screws and slide the plate around. The plate just slides around. The drain plug and oil filter are then exposed and easily accessable. The 2004 Trailblazer takes 7 quarts of oil and uses an ACDelco PF61 or Fram PH3675 oil filter. I've read in this FAQ site some info about other filters, so I went down to the local Chevy dealer and talked to a mechanic. He told me the ACDelco PF61 was the correct filter. The Fram PH3675 is the exact same as the PF61.

Should be located close to the oil filter. It will screw in like a spark plug. It has a harness plug. Easy to change, save yourself $70 in labor. You will need a fairly large wrench to remove

Kia sorento 2004 3.5 oil pressure switch location?

2004 3.5L v6 oil pressure switch is under the passenger side of the engine behind the oil filter.

Easiest to get to from under the engine. To find it, take off the right front wheel, then the front plastic access cover that is part of the inner fender, behind the right front wheel. You will see the oil ??? filter. The switch is behind the oil filter.

Where is the TCC solenoid located

It's in the transmission. Remove the trans pan and it is on the solenoid package. But the solenoid may not be the problem. Could be the wiring, plugs(inside and outside the trans), torque converter, or the computer. 7b32d407-41bb-449c-8dd9-0a5f7effbf7f.gif

I am getting a p0014 code on my 2004 chevy trailblazer LS 4.2 L trying to figure out if I need to change the camshaft position sensor. Is this relatively simply for me to change.

Probably should try to clean it out first, they get clogged with oil sludge. It is easy to access, it is item 908 in attached diagram.

2004 trailblazer v6 change engine oil light comes on does this mean the obd11has set a code. I have a analyzer but have not yet connected it. I have also changed the oil but did not completely fill it and...

If the oil light is comming on you have another problem, first check that all the engine grouds are good, next make sure the oil sending unit is good, make sure the connections are not loose. If not replace off the old motor or by a new one and replace it.
