Check your oil life through your information center depending on driving your probably around 10 percent or lower and should have changed shortly ---no long trips
All vehicles have change oil light on as a reminder to get oil service done. As soon as possible.
Typically, the oil change light comes on when the computer calculates you have 10% oil life left. If your oil level is ok, then you should have the oil changed soon, like within a week or so. If you don't really maintain the car well, I would get it changed right away, like the next day. Here is a video on why not to trust the oil change light.
the car been maintain the well.

If you don’t drive much, it is recommended to change you oil after 5k - 7k miles. Before Changing your oil you might first check the owner’s manual for the recommended interval for oil change. Also You might want to do a proper Checkup of your car by following this car maintenance guide using this guide:https://vehicleyard.com/car-maintenance/ , if u haven't used it in month

Just do a finger oil test for stickiness
If you oil is reasonably new and clean no problem but if it's dirty and full of sludge .engine flush and change.

That is a friendly "get the oil changed light" and a reminder that a 25K service is due. To get rid of the light, push down the "A" trip reset button, turn the car off (while holding the button down), and turn the ignition on but don't start the car - while still holding down the A reset button. You'll see a count up meter on the display that will tell you when the system is reset. Enjoy.

If you are referring to the vehicle having a "Timing Belt", no, it does not have one.
The 2002 Camry 4 cylinder has a Timing CHAIN, and does not need to be replaced.

I get many calls a week for this procedure...
This is really easy! Follow these directions:
Turn the key ON
Look at the odometer, and verify that it displays "ODO" and the total mileage traveled. If it is on "Trip A" or "Trip B", press the black stick next to the odometer to read "ODO", and the total miles traveled.
Turn the key OFF.
Press in, and HOLD the black trip meter reset button, hold it in.
DO not release it.
Turn the key ON
Observe the Odometer display. The total mileage traveled will disappear, and you will see 5 dashes, then 4, then 3, then 2, then 1 dash, and finally, 5 zeros. Then, the total mileage traveled will redisplay.
Release the black trip meter reset stick.
This completes the reset procedure, and it will be back on in 5,000 miles, to remind you of you next oil change.
If you do NOT see the dashes, followed by the 5 zeros, start the entire procedure again, but start with the odometer set to TRIP "A". Some vehicles use Trip A instead of the ODO.
You do NOT START the vehicle at any time during the reset procedure.
If the engine starts, the procedure will not reset.

SOURCE: Transmission oil for toyota camry 1993
1993 Camrys take regular Dexron ATF. It should be changed every 30,000 miles. If you have never changed it, and it is over 100,000 miles, I would strongly suggest a professional "transmission-flush", with a designed specifically for flushing transmissions. To just drain the fluid at this point will leave roughly 3 quarts of dirty ATF in the system; a complete flush will eliminate ny dirty ATF traces.
