Blown fuse's usually means there is a short to ground it the electrical circuit that fuse protects . Looking at power distribution diagrams that show what all that fuse powers up an isolating the different components till you find the one that blows the fuse , look for wiring rubbed through , touching metal body parts , a component that's drawing to much current (amps) ETC.... videos on you tube on electrical testing .

NO the converters and valvebodies are wrong. 1 is PWM modulated and other is not.!

It will be a PWM type stay as close to same year as possible so as to not run into seperator plate issues.

SOURCE: 95 s10 blazer 4dr power door locks inop, new

1. Locate the red two wired programming connector located near the central locking control module that is located behind LH Lower instrument panel. Drop the panel and you will see the red programming connector that is not connected to anything.
2. Inside the Red programming connector you will see to pins..
Jump two pins with a section of wire.
3. System should now lock and unlock doors to indicate vehicle has entered programming mode.
4. Press any button on keyless remote once. System should now lock and unlock doors indicating the keyless remote has been programmed.
5. Repeat step 4 to program other remote.
6. Remove jumper wire from programming connector to exit programming mode.
7. Test Remote(s)

You got a defective alternator, voltage starts there, so it can not be a fuse or fuse link, return it and get another one.
