So I just bought a 1991 chevy C1500 and the last owner removed the stock stereo system all three pieces but now the speakers won't work I have taken one that I know works and hooked it up and still nothing I've put another new head unit in and nothing I'm so lost I've checked every wire every fuse does anyone know what to do to fix this issue

I cant really assist in this matter but I can let you know that I have a system in my 2006 Chevy Cobalt and that I have an aftermarket cd player installed. I had to pay $130 for a special adapter for it to be wired into the system because GM's newest idea of installing the stereo and airbags on the same wire scheme, is kind of a dumb idea.

check you Fade and Balance,sometime the ground is used for two speakers sometimes a ground is used more then once will cause your problem ........Good luck......
