Try rocking the car back and forward see if you can get it out
if not
drain the trans oil and see if you find any filings
or shine the light on the trans oil which you have drain in a clean pan you will know the different good and bad oil
you can know if the synco are bad

I assume this is an automatic since you mention "Park". If so, it seems as if one of the planetary cluches is worn out (or you have insufficient pressure in the tranny). Either way, it is tranny rebuild time. Is the transmission fluid brown and burnt smelling or a nice bright red? Any particles floating in it?
