After doing some research there is a high probability that one of the coil packs is bad and isn't making a good connection after enough heat is transmitted between the coil pack and the spark plug. Heat expansion will cause the coil pack to not create the proper amount of voltage and spark. You might also find an improper gap on a spark plug increased voltage being required to create a spark in the chamber.

Exhaust glows red hot

Mazda rx 8 creates a lot of heat, to fix this you must change out the coolant every 20k miles, with the mazda brand coolant i think its called mazda f22 coolant, the engine stays hot due to the high RPM engine, you may want to check: ignition coils, cat, coolant, and do a compression test.

could have water in your oil for the smoke but try to change the plugs first and plug wires for a little tune up and also after that if no changes then you might need to try changing coils or coil pack whichever one your vehicle has

Hi there, just need some advice on my mazda rx8

Don't tun it on then off before it gets warm it will flood your engine, if it is left outside in cold temps it seems to drain the batter (just had that happen) and keep oil in it!

Mazda rx-8 wont start

The first thing you need to do is have the electronic engine control system scanned for fault codes, this is called an "OBD2" fault code test.

Mazda RX-8 Looking of airbag mogul

call up mazda. you should be able to get it replaced for free under safety recalls. unless youre missing one completely. then youll need them to get you one and install it. cause if you accidentally set off the airbag youre out of a car. if they set one off, they fix it or replace your car for free. up to you. second option sounds better in my opinion.
